You're curled up with a good book, just reading inside while the snow is a-glistening. It's the winter, the weather is beautiful, and the snow is so close - you feel like you can touch it outside. I love winter reading! :) Rosella and I will have a new tab on the Special Events page to include all our winter/holiday reads so that you readers will have fresh new reads to read for your summer reading! On the top of my head, I remember two good winter reads you might want to start off with. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE these two books, and they are great reads to start of with! Look below for the two, why I loved them, and their summaries. Enjoy! :)
A great, fun read for the Christmas-time, and I definitely recommend this to anyone in need of a holiday ha-ha-ha. :)
Greg Heffley is in big trouble. School property has been damaged, and Greg is the prime suspect. But the crazy thing is, he's innocent. Or at least sort of.
The authorities are closing in, but when a surprise blizzard hits, the Heffley family is trapped indoors. Greg knows that when the snow melts he's going to have to face the music, but could any punishment be worse than being stuck inside with your family for the holidays?
