So sorry that I haven't blogged in a while! I've just been so busy with everything that it's hard to get on and blog! Not trying to make any excuses... don't worry! :) But I do have some book updates. I still have to do my review on Coraline: The Graphic Novel by Neil Gaiman. I did also read Swan Fake (Cinderella Cleaners series) by Maya Gold. It was for old times' sake, and I enjoyed the book! :) It was the sixth book in the series. It was funny and true, and I liked the main girl, Diana. I am currently reading Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging by Louise Rennison. It is - to say the least - hilarious. I LOVE Georgia, and I can really relate to her. :) She's hilarious, and Angus, her cat, is just (as she would say) fabbity fab fab fab!!
Cinderella Cleaners has just received a shipment of dance costumes for a big upcoming performance. Diana is excited that one of the tutus belongs to her good friend, Amelia, and Diana can't wait to cheer her on at the show. But at the last minute, Amelia needs an understudy! Not only does Diana owe her friend a favor, but she fits perfectly into the costume. However, once she's on stage, Diana is a lot more Two Left Feet than Prima Ballerina. Will she be discovered before it's time to take a bow?
Her dad’s got the mentality of a Teletubby (only not so developed). Her cat, Angus, is trying to eat the poodle next door. And her best friend thinks she looks like an alien – just because she accidentally shaved off her eyebrows. Ergghhhlack. Still, add a little boy-stalking, teacher-baiting, and full-frontal snogging with a Sex God, and Georgia’s year just might turn out to be the most fabbitty fab fab ever!
