IT'S BEEN THREE MONTHS SINCE ALL THE ADULTS DISAPPEARED. GONE. Food ran out weeks ago and starvation is imminent. Meanwhile, the normal teens have grown resentful of the kids with powers. And when an unthinkable tragedy occurs, chaos descends upon the town. There is no longer right and wrong. Each kid is out for himself and even the good ones turn murderous.
But a larger problem looms. The Darkness, a sinister creature that has lived buried deep in the hills, beings calling to some of the teens in the FAYZ. Calling to them, guiding them, manipulating them.
The Darkness has awakened. And it is hungry.
This series by FAR is my all time favourite. It has many genres mixed in, and has a little bit of something that everyone will enjoy. What I like the most about this series are the characters and relationships between them. There are many, MANY characters in this story so you get to see how everyone sees the same event from a different point of view. Everyone can find at least one character that they can relate to, this makes the series more enjoyable since throughout the story you'll be anticipating how 'your' character will turn out and if they will survive in the battle of survival.
Likes: Everything.
Dislikes: The rivalry between the normal kids and the ones with powers.
Note: If you're going to start on this series you should start with the first one, Gone.
