Who is the mysterious “King” controlling the class? Tsubasa pursues Akira Manabe, a troubled boy who might know the King’s true identity. As Tsubasa closes in on Arisa’s secret, the King makes another move!
Stunned is all I can say for this manga! :) It is absolutely my new manga obsession as I said the last time! You get to see who "The King" is, was, and could be. I know, was. Can you believe it? I couldn't. It was squeal-worthy!! :)
The author definitely knows how to thrill her readers. I loved the thrill-factor in this novel, because I flew through the pages as more and more happened! :) I can't WAIT for the next novel to release!
The author builds her charcter's nicely, and she derives the possible suspects and motives for each person. "The King" could be anyone, and in this book, he gets even scarier. Threats to Tsubasa and almost revealing her true self. Arisa is a must-read for all manga-obsessers! :)
I think Akira Manabe + Arisa Sonada would make a great couple, because they really do understand each other, and "The King" is targeting them both. I loved Tsubasa's braveness and her inner temper, because it makes her seem real and true. She's doing it all for her sister, because she's been hurt enough.
Likes: Everything! :) The thriller aspect, Tsubasa's braveness, Akira Manabe + Arisa (Akira and Arisa, how cute!), the names (I love the names Tsubasa and Arisa!)
Dislikes: Nothing. :)
*Note: This book contains some language and scary themes. It is also rated 13+.
**Note: If you want to start the series, start with Arisa: Volume 1.
