At OCD the losers are tormented.
At Alpha Academy, they're sent home.
Skye Hamilton has scored an invitation to the ultra-exclusive Alphas-only boarding school where beta is spelled LBR . What happens when the country's best, brightest, and hawtest begin clawing and scratching their way to the top?
I loved this book because it gave us a better idea of what life at Alpha Academy was really like. It allowed us to get to know the characters more and to see what happened after the cliffhanger from the first book.
In this book I loved Charlie even more than before, liked Skye a little less, and found sympathy for Allie.
I absolutely LOVE Charlie in this book and I was very happy that things were looking up for her. Of course I think Charlie deserves the boy instead of Allie. After all, they grew up together! Not only that but Charlie is a lot nicer than Allie. Of course a perfect life is a boring storyline, so Charlie made a big mistake near the end of the book. She ended up in a dilemma similar to the one that started the mess in her life, in the first place.
I still like Skye a lot but I found that, in this book she was a little annoying. She kept trying outdo other people and often threw parties instead of practicing her ballet. She also had two of Shira's sons after her. It was obvious which boy was better for her but of course she didn't go for him. I mean that's too easy, right?! No, instead she broke his heart and went for the other one. Not only that but she decided to fix things with the sweet boy simply because she had orders to. I mean if Sky doesn't want him, I'd take him in a heartbeat!
Allie was treated like a joke in this book, because her schoolmates found out that she wasn't who she claimed to be. Even the boy she liked (Charlie's ex) stopped talking to her and often made offhand comments about her. Allie and Charlie have grew closer in this book so she enlisted Charlie help her out with her boy troubles. (This went in hand with Charlie's dilemma).
Overall it was a nice book and really helped me out with my computer-ban from my parents.
