If you're planning on reading this book and are expecting a thriller with mystery and tons of action then...this is not the book for you.
This book is more of those books about cliques, and groups of socialites..only these characters are vampires. That being said, this was still enjoyable but, maybe that's because I enjoy those types books too. The fact that the characters were vampires did play an important part in the plot and is a great chunk of it but it's not the main thing. This book was well-written and flowed smoothly.
Cally is one of those characters that you either end up hating or loving. I personally found her annoying throughout most of the book.
Lilith is another story. Sometimes you could relate to her while at others you thought of her as a psycho. Needless to say I loved her, and the book.
***This is book is the kind of book that you browse through and end up finishing without really realizing you've read so much. It wasn't a "page-turner" or those books that leave you thinking about the characters or plot even after the finishing of the book. Yet, it was still enjoyable.
Likes: I liked how the storyline flowed smoothly without dragging.
Dislikes: The lack of action and "vampire" moments.
*Note: This book has mentions of sexual content but no actual description.
